To work in Affise MMP in collaboration, MMP offers you user management tools to invite and manage users of your company.
Invite a user
To invite a user to work with your apps, follow the steps:
Go to Users.
Click Invite user.
Insert a user's email.
Select user type:
Senior manager: has access to all the sections except Users. User management is available to the Admin user role only.
Affiliate manager/Account manager: by default, the Applications and Reports sections are restricted.
🔎 If you want a user to work with certain apps, add an app to the Allowed applications list and disable the Restricted applications checkbox. Read more about it here.
4. Click Send invitation.
Manage users and permissions
Once the user joined your company, you can see the user in the user list. Click the user to get the user info and permissions.
In the User info section, you can view details about a user, such as status, name, email, etc.
In the Permissions section, you can provide access only to certain applications, and only for these applications statistics will be shown.
You can see the following checkboxes:
Restricted statistics: used to disable the Reports section for a user.
Restricted applications: used to disable the Applications section for a user.
