Subscriptions

The Subscriptions report displays detailed information about activity in subscription-based apps.

Filters

To find the Subscriptions report, go to Reports > Subscriptions.

You can filter data by the period (the default one is the last seven days), timezone, application, product ID, click campaign name, click campaign ID, and ad set ID.

Also, you can group the data by date, app ID, partner, ad set ID, campaign ID, campaign name, and product ID.

There's an option to use the Cohort mode:

  • The Cohort mode toggle is off: the report shows all the events that happened during the selected period from all the users.

  • The Cohort mode toggle is on: the report shows data attributed only to the new users who came during the selected period.

Table

In the Subscriptions slice, the table may look like this:

  • Date: the date.

  • App ID: the app ID.

  • Installs: the number of installs for the selected period.

  • New Users: the number of new users.

  • Trial Started: the number of users who started trial in the selected period.

  • Trial Active: the number of users with active trial.

  • Subscription Started: the number of users who started subscription in the selected period.

  • Subscription Active: the number of users with active subscription.

  • Install to Trial CR: ratio between trial users and installs (trial/installs * 100%).

  • Trial to Subscription CR: ratio between subscriptions and trial users (subscription/trial * 100%).

  • Gross Revenue: gross revenue.

  • Net Revenue: net revenue.

You can manage your table with the following options:

  • The Export button to export the data.

  • The Update button to update the data in the slice.
