Set up a postback link
Installs postback
To set up a default postback for installs, go to Attribution > Applications > a certain application > Settings.
When an install happens, the postback is triggered, and the conversion information is sent to Affise MMP and to your tracking platform statistics.
🔎 By default, Affise Performance postback is used. However, you can set up postback of any tracking platform you use.
Secure code
To prevent your conversions from fraud, you can generate a special unique code to let your postback be secure.
Generate it in the Secure code field and add it to your postback link accordingly.
In-app events postback
For each conversion type, you can set several postbacks to send them for each event type separately.
To add a conversion type, do the following:
In the Applications, select a certain application and click Add new conversion type.
In the Conversion type drop-down list, select the event.
Optional. In the Click parameters section, specify parameters and values.
🔎 The system will send postback to the event if there are values in the click specified in the Click parameters field.
4. Insert postback links for your event. The link should contain the event parameter with the appropriate value from your tracking platform for the correct events mapping.
5. If the link contains additional parameters, update them with Affise MMP macros.
6. Click Save.
